On April 29, 2010, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware entered its Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and Order (the "Confirmation Order") Confirming Second Modified Third Amended Joint Plan of Affiliated Debtors, The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, MI Developments Inc., and MI Developments US Financing Inc. (the "Plan"), and on April 30, 2010, the Effective Date (as defined in the Plan) occurred and the Plan was substantially consummated.
On April 29, 2010, non-insider equity holders of Magna Entertainment Corp. filed a Notice of Appeal of the Confirmation Order.
